A Word from the Ministries You've Helped

 

Just wanted to, first of all, thank you again for including OM Ireland in Wretched to the Nations.  Also, I wanted to share with you a few details of how I've used the copies of Drive by Theology that we received.  I've distributed them to team members and to some local pastors and leaders in the area, and the feedback I've gotten has been phenomenal.  There is limited access to Christian materials here locally so to have some good "meat" to share is a huge blessing.
 
One particular story I want to share is how Drive By Theology has made it across the world.  I had the privilege a couple months ago to lead a student from a closed country, who was studying for a semester in Ireland, to faith in Christ.  Melody, was introduced to me via her friend and roommate Holly, a relatively new believer herself from the same part of the world, who was also studying abroad here. Since then our local church family has grown quite close to these girls as they have been worshiping with us. This past weekend, sadly we said goodbye to them as they returned home.  Prior to their departure, they had really been searching for resources for discipleship and were quite concerned about life back home once they returned being, as Christians, in the minority among family and friends.  I wish you could have seen the looks on their faces when I presented them a copy of Drive By Theology before they left.  What a blessing to be able to pass along this resource that we've been so richly blessed to receive.  Please pray for Holly and Melody as they are back home now with zeal to know God more and make Him known in their country.  They both are walking back into very difficult situations and only the grace of God can sustain them.
 
 

I have received the package with the "Slaying the Dragon" CD's.  I will be leaving the box with the chaplain this week.  Your ministry was one of the greatest contributions to these men and I thank you so much for it.  We are praying that God would come and bring revival to the Work Release Facility.  I've told the men, "If God can do it in a place like Angola then why not here?"

This year we are celebrating 30 years of God’s Grace, blessing, guidance, provision and protection for our Mission.
The Biggest Question DVDs have been very widely distributed throughout South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya and South Sudan.
The Biggest Question has also been shown as part of our Biblical Worldview Summits throughout Africa.
We have also used the Herman Who? DVD widely.
