General Delivery Policy

Please note that on rare occasion, for reasons out of our control, some situations may cause your delivery to stray from this policy.

Service Standard

Orders will ship within 24-48 hours.

Ordering and Shipping Confirmation

Upon successfully submitting your order, you will immediately see a receipt containing your order number and order details, which you should print for your records. After ordering, you will also receive an email confirmation from this website containing your order details. 

Shipping Methods

We ship all standard orders with the United States Postal Service.

Payment Options

We accept MasterCard, VISA, Amex and Discover credit cards. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders or CODs.

Sales Tax and Other Charges

If you have your order shipped to an address in the state of Minnesota or California, we will add sales tax to your order. Sales tax of 6.875% will be added for MN orders and 8.75% for CA orders at the time of check out. 

Backorders

Occasionally an item could become "out of stock" after your order is placed, but before your order is fulfilled. In this event, we will offer you 2 options. 1) We will ship the portion that is in stock and you may wait for the backordered items to arrive, or 2) Refund your payment in full for the backordered items.
